John has 22 years of experience in management consulting, organizational design, talent development and strategy execution with a wide range of clients. He is currently a director with PwC’s People & Organization practice, where he specializes in consulting with leaders and teams to align their business strategy with their objectives in the areas of global talent strategy, organizational design and integration, culture and change execution, and HR transformation.
Previously, John was a Senior Vice President with Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), where he led the talent development, leadership consulting and change management practice for the Southeast Region. He has a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and executive teams to:

- achieve strategic objectives aligned with their corporate strategy.

Before joining LHH, John was a Senior Consultant and Strategy Execution Specialist with Conner Partners, a national change management consulting firm, where he developed and delivered enterprise-wide change management and transformation solutions to drive execution of his clients’ strategic initiatives across North America, Europe and Asia.
He has extensive industry experience in global technology, hospitality, communications, media and entertainment companies. Early in his career, John spent several years as a cross-cultural management trainer, and global HR / OD consultant. He holds an MBA in International Management, speaks fluent French, and has extensive international management consulting experience in Europe, North America, and Asia.
John is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), and he is a frequent speaker and seminar leader at business associations and leadership conferences.
